In the late 90's I bought an earlier incarnation of this watch and it was more durable than this one. The first watch I got for some inexplicable reason the compass dial came off despite hardly wearing it. The replacement was somewhat flimsy and the the thermometer and compass apparently are pretty much for show and not very functional. I had to return the watch.Been after a Navigator for bout 20 years, finally got one. Not disappointed, absolutely love it. The most beautiful watch I've ever owned.Wow what an awesome watch. Have had so many compliments about it and people wanting to look at it. So glad I bought it and will be wearing it alot more now.Absolutely over the moon with it looks amazing as wellGorgeous watch, arrived well before estimated time too. Excellent.An totally beautiful, solid and well-made, chunky watch with 2 clock displays. 1 of them takes a bit of getting used to, to understand with a modern original look and awesome second movement. The other is a conventional anologue clock display with second hand movement and date display. Together they give a really nice look into the past and future in my opinion. At the top is a little compass but as the instructions says is mostly for decoration but the pointer direction hand wiggles around convincingly. It does work to some extent. And at the bottom of the watch face is the temperature gauge which I wonder if I'm not just reading my skin temperature all the time! - again, more of a look gadget than accurate.It is certainly an original-looking watch that everyone notices and comments on. I love its originality and how it stands out. Storm has done it again with styling and build. I adore this watch.
